Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, body treatments, massage, lash/brow services, and skin analysis.
Provide personalized skincare advice and recommend retail products to meet client needs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation in the treatment rooms.
Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Keep accurate client records and follow all salon protocols.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve salon targets.
Skill & Experience
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Therapist
Knowledge of skincare, waxing, and treatment protocols.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Able to speak Chinese is highly preferred
