Cafe Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our café and support the delivery of catering and events. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational administration with working shifts on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team during service.

About the role

The Café Manager plays a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring smooth, safe and high-quality café operations while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with the Director, Business Co-ordinator and Kitchen Lead to maintain service standards, support staff development, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

This role involves a mix of administrative responsibilities and active service work, including opening and closing shifts, supporting the team during busy periods, and being present on the floor.

You will also assist with the coordination and delivery of catering and events, including planning, staffing, logistics and on-the-day operations as required.
