We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities. Every day is different, and you will play an important role in helping participants achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance where required
  • Supporting participants with community access and social activities
  • Assisting with skill development and independence-building activities
  • Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals
  • Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation
  • Following participant support plans and organisational policies
  • Promoting participant choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times

Skill & Experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, flexibility, and strong organisational skills
  • Previous disability, aged care, community services, or support work experience is desirable but not essential

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:

– NDIS Worker Screening Check (or clearance)
-Working With Children Check (WWCC)
-Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
-National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
-Current Driver’s Licence and access to car
– Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
– Smartphone with internet access
– Right to work in Australia

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or related field or nurses/AIN/Nursing Students.
  • Experience supporting people with disability, autism, psychosocial disability, or complex support needs
