We serve a complete à la carte menu featuring traditional handmade wood-fired pizza, house-made pasta, whole-muscle prepared meats, and rotating daily specials. • Preparing doughs, stocks, sauces, and dressings from raw ingredients
  • Portioning, butchering, and filleting whole meats and poultry in-house
  • Selecting and ordering stock, managing supplier relationships, and controlling food costs
  • Upholding stringent hygiene, prep standards, and clean-down routines across all stations

Skills & Experience

  • Strong operational knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety compliance
  • Full availability across evenings, weekends, and peak trade periods
