Job Description

Casey Florist Co is on the lookout for a skilled part time florist to be part of our team. If you have a passion for flowers and a knack for creating beautiful arrangements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine. If you tick off the below, we would love to hear from you.

Availability: Set days of 1-2 days per week with flexible hours – Hours will increase in Nov-Dec when staff are away and during peak upcoming seasons.

Only successful applicants will be notified.

Pay will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidates will have:

Must Have Minimum 1+ year floristry experience
Qualified Cert III or currently studying floristry
Must be physically capable to lift up to 5kg
Ability to work fast and meet deadlines when under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Dedicated, organised and reliable.
Assist with inventory control for both flowers and giftware, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store | Assist with visual merchandising and product display.

Skill & Experience

Creating up to trend bespoke arrangements in all styles.Must be available during black out periods such as Valentines Day week & Mothers Day week.
Great attention to detail and keeping up with current flower trends is a must.
Must Have Minimum 1+ year floristry experience
