Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
  • Monitoring revenue, expenditure, budgets, and financial records to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Managing reservations, room occupancy, front office operations, and accommodation services.
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and rostering hotel staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other hotel services.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring stock levels, purchasing supplies, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Promoting the hotel’s accommodation, conference, and hospitality services to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Skill & Experience

Candidates must hold a Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent) and have at least two years of relevant industry experience to be considered for this position.
