Key Worker – Behaviour Support & ABA Specialist

Location: Perth, Geraldton, Mandurah, WA
Work Type: Full-time, Part-time or Casual

About ISADD

ISADD (Intervention Services for Autism and Developmental Delay) is a small, independent, not-for-profit organisation and registered NDIS provider. With over thirty years of experience delivering evidence-based strategies, we are committed to improving the lives of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays.

We provide therapy, behaviour support, and family services across the lifespan, tailoring our approach to each client’s needs.


The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Key Worker to join our committed, multidisciplinary team. This role is perfect for:

  • Certified Behaviour Analysts (CBA)
  • Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA)
  • Behaviour Support Practitioners (including provisional/NDIS registered)
  • Students completing their Master’s in ABA
  • Professionals with ABA experience who are eligible to register as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

You’ll be working closely with clients, families, and support networks to develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support plans, deliver therapy, and coordinate services under a key worker model.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has qualifications and/or experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

  • Can work across a varied caseload (children, adolescents, adults)

  • Is collaborative, adaptable, and empathetic

  • Has excellent communication skills

  • Meets NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner requirements (or can work towards them)

  • Is passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families
