About us

4 Ways Fresh is an established horticultural production and fresh-produce enterprise operating at Geraldton, WA · Virginia, SA, growing cucumbers, capsicums and other vegetables. We are seeking an experienced Machinery Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of our farm machinery

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate machinery operations across the operation
Operate, calibrate and maintain tractors, implements and equipment
Schedule maintenance and repairs and keep machinery records
Train and direct machinery operators
Order parts and manage equipment availability
Ensure safe operation and work health and safety compliance

Skill & Experience

About you

A relevant AQF Diploma (or equivalent); or 3 years’ experience as a Machinery Supervisor
Ability to supervise and direct operators
Mechanical aptitude and relevant licences
Sound understanding of WHS
Reliable, safety-focused and organised

Remuneration & hours

Guaranteed annual salary from $71550 p.a. plus superannuation. Full-time, based on a [46]-hour week — [38] ordinary hours plus approximately [8] hours overtime per week — with the guaranteed annual salary inclusive of overtime. Paid in accordance with the applicable Award; higher rates commensurate with skills and experience
