At Farmer and Son Pty Ltd, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Market Manager to lead our farmers market operations and become the face of our business.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for running our market stall from start to finish, including:

Setting up and presenting beautiful displays of fresh produce.
Leading and motivating the market team.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Sharing your knowledge of fruit, vegetables and seasonal produce.
Managing stock, cash handling and daily operations.
Representing the Farmer and Son brand with pride.

Skill & Experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has experience as a chef, cook, produce buyer, greengrocer, market manager or similar.
Loves quality ingredients and understands fresh produce.
Enjoys talking to customers and building relationships.
Can work independently and lead a team.
Is reliable, energetic and takes pride in their work.
Holds a current driver’s licence (NSW).
