Job Description
Business Tax & Money House (BTMH) is an established accounting practice, located in Bondi Junction NSW, and serves clients ranging from individuals, small businesses and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds to ASX-listed companies.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and coordinate our marketing strategies, campaigns and digital communications.
About the role
The Marketing Specialist will identify market opportunities, develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate multi-channel campaigns and analyse marketing performance to support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
* Research market trends, customer needs and competitors to identify new opportunities.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities aligned with business goals.
* Advise management on target markets, brand positioning, pricing and customer acquisition.
* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website and paid advertising.
* Coordinate production of website content, newsletters, social media content and advertising materials.
* Manage campaign schedules, budgets and external suppliers.
* Develop and execute content strategy across all company channels.
* Manage email marketing, audience segmentation and automated communications.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
* Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements based on results.
* Support product positioning and go-to-market activities for the business’s services.
* Identify partnership and promotional opportunities that support growth.
* Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Skill & Experience
Skills and experience
* A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Experience with social media, email marketing, website content and digital advertising.
* Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign performance data.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and external suppliers.
* Experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and website content management systems.
