Our Client Sandhu S Homes Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced Motel Managers to join its team. The successful candidates will be appointed to the company’s motel properties and accommodation businesses located in Wentworth, NSW, Shepparton, VIC, and Cobram, VIC. Candidates may be placed at any of these locations based on operational requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all daily motel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff while maintaining high standards of service and performance.
  • Manage guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, handling enquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenses, manage billing and cash handling, and drive overall profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating repairs, managing inventory of supplies, and upholding cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, while preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and overall performance.

Skill & Experience

A relevant qualification together with a minimum of two years of proven experience in motel, hotel, or accommodation management is required for this position.
