Job Description

Gamestars Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the efficient operation of our growing retail, vending machine, and eCommerce business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office administration, supporting operational activities, maintaining business records, assisting with staff coordination, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions.

• Maintain business records, documentation, filing systems, and internal procedures.

• Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding activities, staff records, and scheduling.

• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, contractors, and external stakeholders.

• Monitor inventory records, purchase orders, stock movements, and supplier deliveries.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, operational documents, and management information.

• Assist management with business planning, project coordination, and operational support.

• Identify and help resolve administrative and operational issues.

• Review office procedures and recommend improvements to efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace requirements.

• Support communication and coordination across multiple business functions.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, business operations, or a similar role.

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience using Microsoft Office and business management software.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
