Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance

  • Schedule and conduct detailed audit inspections across production, storage, and dispatch, analyzing batch data and documentation to verify adherence to recipes and hygiene protocols.

Technical Systems & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues affecting ovens, mixers, or temperature monitoring software, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Test and identify functionality errors in inventory or scheduling systems, ensuring code and configurations perform to specification under quality protocols.
  • Perform architecture reviews of hardware and software used in order management and production tracking, advising on upgrades or replacements.

Training & Documentation

  • Create and review procedural manuals, technical reports, and maintenance logs for ovens, proofers, and refrigeration units.

Skill & Experience

  • Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years QA experience in food manufacturing, preferably bakery.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and auditing principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting production software and hardware systems.
