Job Description
The Seventh-day Adventist Church – Northern Australian Conference is seeking applications for the position of Senior Accountant based in Townsville, Queensland. This is a permanent full-time opportunity within the Accounting & Finance team.
The Senior Accountant will support the financial operations of the Conference and its affiliated entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and sound stewardship of organisational resources. The role also supports strategic financial planning and oversight of the Adventist Book Centre’s financial operations.

Skills & Experience Required Applicants should hold relevant accounting or finance qualifications and professional membership. Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance is required. Strong communication, organisational, and computer skills are essential.
