Job Description

About Pure and Healthy

Established in 2000, Pure and Healthy Pty Ltd is a Perth-based cold-pressed juice business producing raw, preservative‑free juices, cleanses, shots, tonics and elixirs for retail, online and wholesale customers across Western Australia. The business sells through an online Shopify store, and wholesale supply channels including bars, cafes, restaurants and gourmet delis and weekend farmers’ markets.

The company is entering a significant growth phase, expanding from its core juice operations into three new strategic areas: a circular soil and worm farm venture that converts juice production waste into regenerative soil products; the Peak Vitality Forum, a community-based monthly health and wellness initiative; and an international expansion program exploring export markets, regulatory compliance, and the machinery and system requirements needed to scale production globally.

We are seeking to fill a full time ongoing position for a Systems Analyst to lead the design and improvement of the business and information systems that underpin this next stage of growth.

Position overview

The Systems Analyst is responsible for evaluating, analysing and improving Pure and Healthy’s business processes, data and digital systems to support profitable growth, investment readiness and operational scalability. The role works closely with the director and wider team to design and implement practical, data‑driven systems solutions across sales reporting, production costing, customer engagement, website and ecommerce platforms, and new ventures such as the soil farm and monthly health forum, new factory design for global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and improvement of Pure and Healthy’s business processes, workflows, data and digital systems across core operations and new ventures.

  • Work with the Director, IT and operational staff to gather and document business and system requirements, map current and future processes, and plan and sequence system changes.

  • Design data‑driven architectures for sales, cost, production, roster and inventory data, build dashboards and KPI reports, and support forecasting for production and procurement.

  • Lead systems and investment‑readiness work for the soil farm venture, including waste‑to‑soil modelling, information systems, regulatory analysis and investment documentation.

  • Design systems for a larger new factory to support international exports, covering machinery selection, compliance, operational workflows and financial projections.

  • Design the systems, digital infrastructure and KPIs for the monthly health forum, including registrations, communications and performance reporting.

  • Continuously improve website, mobile and digital engagement systems by collaborating with developers and marketing on UX, SEO, customer data analysis and digital campaigns.

  • Take responsibility for documentation, training, data governance and structured management of the company’s digital assets across all business areas.

Skill & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science and/or Data Science, with strong foundations in algorithms, databases, statistics and applied machine learning.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, data analysis and business intelligence, including end‑to‑end design and delivery of reporting, dashboarding and automation solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau and advanced Excel.
  • Proven ability to collect, clean, integrate and model complex data from multiple sources (operational, financial, customer and marketing) and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for management.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes and workflows by identifying bottlenecks, automating repetitive tasks and introducing clearer reporting structures.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation, with the ability to produce structured business requirements, functional specifications, process workflows, user guides and training materials.
  • Proven track record of designing, testing and implementing ICT-enabled solutions (dashboards, data pipelines, web interfaces, analytical tools), including system test planning and validation to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the capability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leaders, operational staff and external partners.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the production of structured requirements, system descriptions, procedures, training materials and best‑practice guides.
  • Advanced organisational and project management capability, with experience planning and delivering complex projects to deadlines, coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing competing priorities in fast‑paced environments.
