Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Sales professional to join our team as a Uniform Solutions Specialist. If you’re keen to grow your career in Sales and have a passion for building relationships with customers and offering solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B customer opportunities and manage existing accounts.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes and offer product recommendations.
  • Manage sales opportunities through to close.
  • Conduct customer visits and showroom appointments.
  • Assist with customer escalations and uniform decoration enquiries.
  • Maintain customer information in NetSuite and Zendesk.

Skill & Experience

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple customer opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
