Key Responsibilities

  • Organising, directing, and controlling the overall operations of the retail business to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
  • Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the availability of products while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing, merchandising, and marketing strategies to maximise sales and business growth.
  • Establishing and reviewing pricing strategies to remain competitive and meet business objectives.
  • Promoting and advertising the business’s goods and services to increase customer engagement and revenue.
  • Selling goods and services to customers and providing advice regarding product selection and usage.
  • Maintaining accurate records relating to stock control, sales, and business operations.

Skill & Experience

Certificate IV (or higher) in Retail Management, Business, Management, or a related field.

Or

At least 3 years of relevant retail management experience, including overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, managing inventory levels, maintaining customer service standards, and supporting sales and business performance goals.
