Annual Remuneration: $71,550 to $75,000 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
Present menus and take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
Serve food and drinks
Ensure a clean and organized dining area
Assist with setting up and clearing tables
Process payments
Provide guests with a memorable dining experience

Skill & Experience

Excellent customer service skills
A friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a team
Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
AQF Certificate II or III or at least one year of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification
At least one year of relevant experience in a fine dining establishment in addition to the qualification.
