Job Description

Description of the Role

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications, web platforms, and distributed systems that support business and operational objectives.
    • Apply software engineering principles to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance, and maintainable solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products throughout the development lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain full-stack software applications, web services, APIs, and enterprise platforms using modern software engineering practices.
    • Build scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based and cloud-native solutions that support evolving business and technical requirements.
    • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications, application designs, and software solutions.
    • Develop responsive and user-centric front-end applications using Angular, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring usability and performance.
    • Design and develop backend services, APIs, and application components using Node.js, Nest.js, ASP.NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
    • Design, implement, and optimize database structures, data access layers, and integrations using SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and associated data technologies.
    • Conduct code reviews, system testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, security assessments, and continuous improvement activities to maintain software quality and reliability.
    • Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and business teams to support software deployment, release management, technical governance, and lifecycle management activities.

Skill & Experience

Specific Skills, Qualifications, and Experience required for the Position

  • 6–10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Application Development, or Full-Stack Development roles delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in modern front-end technologies including Angular, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with the ability to rapidly develop user interfaces using AI-assisted development tools.
    • Proven experience developing backend applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using Node.js, Nest.js, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
    • Demonstrated experience with database design, development, optimization, and integration using SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.
    • Experience delivering cloud-based applications and services, including deployment and operation within Microsoft Azure environments, supported by DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies, and Jira.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and managing technical deliverables.
