Full Time Supply Chain Analyst

EcoTherm Insulation is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing operations team in Perth, Western Australia. This role is responsible for supporting and optimising supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier coordination, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks include:

  • Analyse supply chain operations, procurement activities, inventory systems, and logistics processes to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies, inventory plans, and workflow improvements to support efficient business operations and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate current systems, supplier performance, and operational capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimise supply chain risks
  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock monitoring to ensure timely product availability across warehouses and project sites
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain cost-effective sourcing strategies and efficient delivery performance
  • Support the implementation of approved process improvements, automation initiatives, and compliance procedures relating to safety, quality, and operational standards

Skill & Experience

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant Bachelors level qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems, procurement processes, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
