Position Available: Restaurant Manager

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and service
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Build relationships with regular guests and VIP customers
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements

Skill & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality venue
Formal qualifications in hospitality or business (preferred)
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to implement systems, manage teams, and deliver on targets
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
Sound understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Full Australian working rights
Immediate availability preferred
