Position Available: Restaurant Manager

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality and service
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Build relationships with regular guests and VIP customers
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements

Skill & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality venue
  • Formal qualifications in hospitality or business (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to implement systems, manage teams, and deliver on targets
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
  • Sound understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Immediate availability preferred
